DESCRIPTION:COUNTY OF RENVILLE\nSTATE OF MINNESOTA \nNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING\nProposed Property Tax Abatements \nNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board of Commissioners for Renville County\, Minnesota\, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday\, June 10\, 2025 at approximately 9:00 a.m.\, at the Renville County Government Services Center\, located at 105 South 5th Street\, Olivia\, Minnesota\, relating to the use of property tax abatement up to $149\,999 to reimburse for project costs associated with the development of a warehouse and test facility for Becks Superior Hybrid Seeds\, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes\, Section 469.1812 to 469.1815\, inclusive\, as amended. The total amount of tax abatements will not exceed $149\,999 collected over a period of 5 years\, commencing with taxes payable 2027 and ending with taxes payable 2031. The following tax parcels are proposed to be included in the proposed tax abatement: \n24-01220-00 \nAll interested persons may appear at the hearings and present their view orally or in writing.
