Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is a nutrition and breastfeeding program for pregnant women, breastfeeding and postpartum mothers, infants, and children up to age five. You receive nutritious foods at no cost, nutrition counseling for yourself and your children, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health and other social services.
How Do I Use eWIC Benefits?
- Shop at WIC-approved stores.
- Buy only the foods listed in your benefits package list. You may check your household foods available in the My Minnesota WIC App for either Android or iPhone smartphones. Click here to view more about the My Minnesota WIC App.
- Use benefits on or between dates stated on your shopping list or in the WIC app benefits screen.
- Report a lost or stolen eWIC card to Renville County Public Health immediately.
