Protect yourself from property Fraud. Land Notification is a system to alert property owners when documents are recorded against their Property Parcel ID or personal name or business. Each time an alert is triggered, an email is sent providing an update of any activity.

Geographic Information Systems: (GIS)
The GIS app will allow you to view a list of recorded documents by tax parcel. Visit Recorded Documents Lookup to access.
Enhanced Remote Access:
The Renville County Recorder/Registrar of Titles has implemented Enhanced Remote Access to Renville County Land Records via the Internet through the program LandShark. Access is provided to users on a daily or on a subscription basis.
Log into Landshark.
To get started with a monthly subscription, complete and sign the Renville County Recorder Enhanced Remote Access Agreement below, and pay the initial setup fee and two months of the level you choose. Send your signed agreement and a check with the fees payable to the Renville County Recorder.
