Renville County Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) announces important service changes to Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Game and Fish Licenses and Prorate Services.
DNR Game and Fish Licenses:
Effective January 1, 2025, Renville County DVS will no longer sell DNR Game and Fish Licenses in their office.
Game and Fish Licenses can be purchased in the following ways:
- In-Person through an Electronic License System (ELS) Agent for Renville County

- Receive immediate licensing by way of identification number issued at time of call
- Identification number valid until receiving physical license in mail
- All purchases must be made by credit card, with a 3% convenience fee per transaction. Mailed licenses will have a $1.50 convenience fee.

Prorate Services:
Effective January 1, 2025, Renville County DVS will suspend Prorate Services until further notice.
