Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
The FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) entitles eligible employees to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons with continuation of group health insurance coverage under the same terms and conditions as if the employee had not taken leave.

Education Reimbursement
The County will reimburse an Employee up to 70% of the tuition expense (annual maximum of $5,250) for college level courses that are relevant to the Employee’s current job position or has the potential for developing the Employee for promotional opportunities within the county organization.
