NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX FORFEITED LAND

The Renville County Auditor-Treasurer will offer the following tax forfeited parcels for sale to the highest bidder through an online auction.  No property will be sold for less than its Estimated Market Value (EMV), as determined in accordance with MN Statutes, section 282.005 during the first auction.

The online EMV auction will begin at 8:00 AM on November 23rd and close at 3:00 PM on December 23rd. The auction will be conducted via an online public auction site https://www.publicsurplus.com . A link to the auction site along with all terms, conditions and minimum bids will be on the Renville County Website, www.renvillecountymn.gov.

Any parcels that do not receive the EMV minimum bid during the first auction will be relisted on a second online auction starting at 8:00 AM on December 24th and ending on January 8, 2027 at 3:00 PM. 

All bidders are encouraged to research the property and terms and conditions prior to bidding. All property is sold “as is” and may not conform to local building and zoning ordinances.  All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
