Tire Collection is for Renville County Residents ONLY. (NO tires will be accepted from businesses and non-residents).
Tire collection rates are $0.17 per pound.
Approximate charges (w/o rim) will be:
– Car Tires: $3.75
– Truck Tires: $18.70
– Tractor/Heavy Equipment/Tracks:
Will vary due to weight
– Rubber defoliator flails also accepted.
*Rim weight will be charged at an
additional $0.17 per pound.
Items such as garbage, appliances, and electronics will NOT be accepted during
the tire collection.
CASH OR CHECK ONLY
Renville County will charge an additional fee of $100 per ton in specific situations including, but not limited to, contamination. County representatives have the right to reject loads for any reason.
Electronic and Appliance Collection:
Will be held Wednesday, July 2, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Renville County Fairgrounds in Bird Island. (Use east end entrance.)
NO tires, garbage, or household hazardous waste (HHW) will be accepted during this collection event. CLICK HERE for additional electronic and appliance collection dates.
